2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 53phsky. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another name, a family member's name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any funds or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government ID, date of birth, contact number, email address, and any other information requested during registration or KYC. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Security

In cases of confirmed fraud or regulatory violation, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

All financial transactions on 53phsky are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 53phsky does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard payment methods, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

3.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in your own name that match the verified KYC identity on your 53phsky account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. 53phsky reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

3.2 Bonus Funds & Wagering

5.1 Game Results

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Live betting odds are subject to change in real time and the odds at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to settlement.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 53phsky. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 21.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identities, for any purpose including bonus farming.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 53phsky, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or connectivity interruptions not within 53phsky's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay — 53phsky is an entertainment service and does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
• Any indirect loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 53phsky's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

6.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 53phsky and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
